Specialist Care, Delivered to Your Door
Our mobile health hubs are purpose-built clinical units staffed by specialist diabetes care teams. Equipped with diagnostic technology, medication, and patient education resources, each hub travels directly into the communities that need it most.
Serving both Israeli and Palestinian populations across the region, our hubs provide HbA1c testing, insulin management, dietary counselling, and ongoing monitoring — delivered free of charge to every patient we see.
Beginning with our first hub based in East Jerusalem, we are building a network that will reach tens of thousands of people living with undiagnosed or poorly managed diabetes.

Why It Matters
A Diabetes Crisis Hidden in Plain Sight
Across Israel and Palestine, diabetes rates are among the highest in the world — yet access to specialist care remains deeply unequal. In underserved communities, particularly in East Jerusalem and the West Bank, patients often go years without a diagnosis.
The consequences are devastating: preventable blindness, amputations, kidney failure, and early death. These are not inevitable outcomes — they are the result of a healthcare gap that we can close.
The Medical Centre of Excellence exists to change this. By bringing specialist care directly to communities, we remove every barrier between a patient and the treatment they need.
