Mobile Health Hubs
Specialist Diabetes Care, Wherever It's Needed
Our purpose-built mobile health hubs bring clinical-grade diabetes diagnosis, treatment, and education directly into the communities that need it most — removing every barrier between a patient and the care they deserve.
What Is a Mobile Health Hub?
A Fully Equipped Clinic on Wheels
Each mobile health hub is a purpose-designed clinical unit staffed by a specialist diabetes care team including endocrinologists, diabetes nurses, dietitians, and community health workers.
Hubs are equipped with HbA1c point-of-care testing, blood glucose monitoring, insulin and oral medication supplies, retinal screening equipment, and foot care assessment tools — everything needed for comprehensive diabetes management.
Patient education is central to every visit. Our teams provide culturally sensitive dietary counselling, self-management training, and ongoing support in Arabic, Hebrew, and English.

Who We Serve
Reaching Both Sides of the Divide
The Medical Centre of Excellence serves both Israeli and Palestinian populations across the region. Our hubs operate without political or religious distinction — every person living with diabetes deserves the same standard of care.
Our first hub is based in East Jerusalem, serving the densely populated underserved neighbourhoods of the city. From this base, we are expanding to reach communities across the West Bank and into Israeli Arab communities where diabetes rates are critically high.
Future hubs will be deployed to Gaza, the Negev, and the Galilee region — areas where specialist diabetes care is virtually inaccessible for large portions of the population.
Help Us Launch More Hubs
Each new mobile health hub costs £120,000 to equip and operate for one year. Your donation brings specialist care to thousands of patients who would otherwise go without.
